Many parents use bath time as a way to sooth and calm their babies. For Mariah it's the opposite. Nothing gets her more fired up than a bath! Here you can see how her baths slowly turn her into any mother's nightmare. If it weren't for sanitary reasons, I would never willingly subject her to this much discomfort. Right now the only thing she enjoys about baths is drinking a little water when we rinse her off. Hopefully this will be something she just grows out of. I hope she likes them later. Until then...we keep them as short as possible!

I think she will grow out of it - Eli was the same. Screamed and screamed. I got so frustrated that Ryan started doing bath time. Now he loves bath time with dad, but if I do it he gets upset as if I'm not doing it right or something!
Meanwhile, I can't get over how tiny she is! Just a little squirt!

A lot of babies hate baths - they hate being cold. They do grow out of it most of the time. In the mean time, it makes for a great photo op :)
Henry haaaated them too. Then he started to like them. Now he tries to roll over during them...problematic since he's not a fish. But like everyone said, I bet she'll either start to like them, or at least get use to them. Cute pictures too-the little blur bubble is hilarious, but gotta do it right?
Zach didn't love them much until he got a little older...then bath time was the best! She is looking SO much like Veronica!!

Too cute! She is so tiny! Allie hated them too, and even now she hates me to wash her hair but we get through it with toys and occasionally bubbles. Mariah has the cutest little face ever!
