Brian's calling at church is the Cub Scout Master. He takes his job seriously! This past month the scouts did a rain gutter regatta boat race.

Miller, Party of Five

Today was a new experience. Brian had the morning off from school so we decided to go to Disneyland (our passes just got renewed, thanks Paige!).

Tanya Comes to Visit

Brian was on a school trip to Mexico this past weekend, so I asked my sister Tanya to come help me with the kids while he was gone. We had an awesome girls weekend!

Kylie's Baby Blessing

We blessed baby Kylie on Sunday, September 18th (on Mariah's birthday!). Brian's family was still in town for it. And we also had help from some friends in our ward. Usually people wait a little longer to bless the baby but we wanted family to help, so it was either now or during the holidays in Boston! I'm sorry this is last month's news! I promise to add more pictures soon. I am in the process of a big update post of this past month, but it's been so crazy with 2 kids. 38 Weeks!

Yep, I am still pregnant. Tomorrow I will be 38 weeks. I can't believe I am at the tail end of this pregnancy already, it seems like it has gone really fast. And in some ways it has gone really slow!

Independence Day 2011

    Happy    Birthday    America!   

Baseball games, hotdog eating contests, parades, BBQs, watching movies about aliens, and fireworks. I can't think of any activities more patriotic than these to celebrate our nation's birth.

Spring Break 2011: Mariah Makes Cookies

For Easter, Brian's mom got Mariah a super-cute apron so she could help us cook in the kitchen.

Disneyland March 2010

I have been on a 3-month hiatus from blogging. I'm so sorry to all 3 of the readers of this blog :) But don't fret, I'm working on a massive update (which I will just post-date and act like I was updating this whole time...). Here's a little post to tie you over until all that is online.

The Millers Visit So-Cal

Brian's parents, his sister Christie and her husband Steve came to visit for Presidents Day weekend. Steve had a BYU Lacrosse tournament to coach in So-Cal so we all had time to hang out together.

Superbowl!

We had our traditional Superbowl party this year. It was a good turnout! We had fried chicken, the superbowl cake, chips and queso and other awesome game foods.

Brian refereed in the 2nd Annual South Pasadena Elders Quorum Basketball Tournament. Lots of competition this year.

We Like it a Yacht!

An alumni of USC invited dental students and their families on his yacht on a tour of the Newport harbor. It was so cool!

Christmas Break 2010

Most of you know that Brian's school has gotten out already. What have we been doing with our time?

Mini Christmas 2010

Because we are going to Boston for Christmas day, we decided to open up presents a little early this year. Santa was good to us!

Brian got an Xbox (which looked a lot like the one I won from Ellen... wink wink), and a video game. I got a donut cook book and donut cutter (remember when we made donuts??) and an iPhone case that's on the way. Mariah got some Mickey Mouse figurines and a play kitchen. I had a cool video of us all opening presents, but due to technical difficulties, I couldn't get it on here, sorry!

A Picture of Brian's Skull

One of the perks of dental school: you get to play around with x-ray machines! Brian brought this awesome x-ray picture home from school and I thought I would just share it with you all. You can see where his facial profile is and then where his skull begins. I'm impressed, where's mine?? 

Christmas at Disneyland

It's the most wonderful time of the year! We spent a fabulous afternoon at the Happiest Place on Earth yesterday, Disneyland!
