It's a Sunshine Day

This week we have had amazing weather, topping 90* for about 3 days. My mommy friends and I took our kids to the beach for the day.





We had a large group. There are at least 20-30 young couples in our ward at church. And most people have kids. We do these outings a lot so our kids can all get together. It's always so fun.



Here is Mariah in her new bathing suit for the season. She loves the beach! As soon as I told her we were going, she was so helpful to get things ready and out the door that morning, almost pushy :)



We had lots of fun chasing and running away from waves.



Lots of fun! But note to self, being half black doesn't make me immune to burning in the sun! I put sun screen on Mariah but I forgot myself. I turned into a lobster as soon as I got home. Eek!
