Bye Bye $3 Theatre!

On my way to the doctor this morning, I was really sad to see the Edwards Atlantic Palace theatre in Alhambra being torn down. Last year, it lowered it's price to $3/ticket and would show movies just out of the regular theatre. Brian and I would go to see most of our movies there. Now they are tearing it down to put in a new county building. So sad! It was a really old theatre.

Good riddance! Hahahaha jk.. sorta. I still remember in second grade when my dad took me to the "new" theatre in Alhambra and I'll never forget the delicious aroma of their popcorn that was in reality, tasteless. This theatre and I had many memories, most notably Titanic hahaha. Kinda sad that when you say it's "old," I can vividly remember it being the newest theatre around town!

actually maybe it was seventh grade - whatever the case it was "reopened" but before then, it wasn't an operating theatre
